My name is Karolina, and I have been teaching yoga and meditation for over 10 years. I offer yoga classes in Cork designed to support people of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Each class is a thoughtful journey and a unique experience, adapted to the needs, abilities, and goals of every student.

Through my yoga classes, workshops, and corporate yoga sessions in Cork, I help people develop practical tools they can bring into their everyday lives. My approach focuses on improving posture, mobility, breathing habits, longevity, and athletic performance, while also helping to manage stress and build resilience in both body and mind.

I strongly believe that the work we do on the mat supports how we feel and function off the mat. Yoga can be a powerful way to reconnect with ourselves, improve wellbeing, and create sustainable healthy habits. My aim is to share simple, effective practices that help individuals maintain balance and good health. When we take care of ourselves, we are better able to contribute to a calmer, healthier, and more supportive community.

In-Studio & Online Yoga

I am offering in-person yoga classes in Douglas, Cork, and online group yoga classes via Zoom. By providing corrective feedback and giving attention to every student, I aim to help each participant to practice safely, sustainably and effectively. For this reason, I always emphasize proper alignment. I will teach you how to work through your breath and use meditation to enhance your practice. Modifications are always available, which means anyone from a beginner level to an advanced level is welcome to join.

Corporate Yoga & Workplace Wellness in Ireland
At Inner Light Yoga, I specialise in corporate yoga and workplace wellness sessions designed to help employees reduce stress, improve focus, and support overall wellbeing. Yoga is a wonderful way to help colleagues unwind, reconnect, and create a healthier, more positive work environment.

My corporate yoga classes are suitable for all levels, with modifications always available to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported. I also offer chair yoga sessions, ideal for office environments and desk-based teams, as well as mindfulness and guided relaxation sessions to help reduce stress and encourage mental clarity throughout the workday.

With an extensive background in anatomy and physiology, I focus on safe movement, correct alignment, and accessibility for all participants. Corporate yoga has proven to be an effective stress-relieving and team-building activity for businesses of all sizes.
Sessions can be delivered onsite or virtually for remote teams.

Not everyone wants a class environment. That’s why I offer private yoga sessions to anyone who wants a personalized class. I will tailor each individual session exactly to your needs. I can work with any health problems, including restorative sessions for recovery after surgeries, such as knee or hip-replacement. Classes can be conducted at your home or even virtually. Karolina Krzemianowska founder of Inner Light Yoga

Hi there, I’m Karolina O'Brien, and I’ve spent the last 12 years as a professional yoga teacher helping people from all walks of life cultivate healthy habits, manage stress, find inner peace, and embrace mindfulness through yoga. 


I’m the founder of Inner Light Yoga, and I’ve personally helped thousands of clients discover the life-changing benefits of this amazing skill for themselves.


I’m passionate about wellbeing, and I believe in creating personalized programs and workshops, along with specially-tailored lessons designed to make yoga accessible to everybody. I’ve also published over 150 free yoga classes on Youtube, so you can discover a class that suits your needs – no matter your experience, body type, fitness level, mobility or personality.


I hope to build a thriving, wholesome community of like-minded people where we can build each other up and support each other. I also provide classes for corporate clients to help even the busiest people release stress, find inner balance and cultivate positive thoughts.


When I’m not teaching, I love to grow my own food, practice art and web design, and spend time in nature with my husband. I was born in Poland, but I’ve spent the last 13 years in the beautiful country of Ireland. I hope to see you in one of my classes soon!

Alignment

My aim is to help you develop body awareness and learn proper alignment based on yoga and anatomy principles. I will provide corrective feedback when necessary and give modifications for injuries.


Breath

I will help you connect movement to breath to enhance your practice. You will learn to develop healthy breathing patterns that promote parasympathetic nervous system, which is the relaxation state. These techniques are scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety.


Meditation

This technique of quieting the mind goes hand in hand with yoga. Meditation is never about perfection, it's a training in awareness. I will incorporate meditation into our classes by using a mindful breathing meditation technique. Learn to create an alertness of consciousness. 


Stress Management

Yoga is the perfect antidote for stress. I will teach you ways to learn how to reduce tension through meditation, specific poses, relaxation techniques and Yoga Nidra. Looking for the key to getting better sleep and strengthening your immune system? Become more resilient through managing your stress.


Posture

Do you find that you are often hunched over? Are you experiencing a weak core or even flat feet? Yoga will help you develop body awareness which will aid in creating good posture. Strengthen your core and stand tall. Having correct posture gives confidence and is also good for self-esteem. Give your back and your soul a lift.


Mindfulness

Gratitude is one of the tenets of yoga. Mindfulness is about being present in each moment, and paying attention to what is happening right here and right now. I will help you focus your attention on the things in your life that will inspire gratitude and help you appreciate moments both big and small.
